Again the same problem occurred, finally another box appeared telling me that the software could not be found on the computer. After 30- 45 seconds I cancelled the box out and tried again. I attempted to install the patch from within Macrium GUI and it opened at pop-up box I've never seen before and it began searching the computer for Macrium. I had the exact same experience with this update on a Dell I-7359 laptop. it'll still take a while, especially if the disk is busy. It may try and start there but if the system is really busy at that time. Since we have no idea what else may have been running on that system during the install. My question is why did it on this system spend all that time looking for the Reflect install and Why doesn't it start in "C:\Program Files" ? Well after about 30-40 seconds it finally found "C:\Program Files\Maciuim" Directory and then proceeded to install the patch. I tried it again and it again started searching the C: drive for reflect like before. It was searching for at least 10 seconds and I said this isn't right, I just did this update on the other system and maybe it searched, but I don't think it searched the entire C: drive, even though that system has a SSD i would of still noticed it. I selected to update and it started searching my C: drive looking for Reflect. I also have a W10 Home laptop that doesn't get used alot, but I fired it up today and started Macrium, and was notified about a patch update (). I selected to update and 1,2,3 it updated and I completed my backups. Yesterday, I started a backup on my W10 Pro system and was notified about a patch update.
